Hi lig,

The bounce on 4/23/00 occurred after many indicators were coming off being oversold. The bounce referenced on 4/08/01 is occurring after being oversold.

As of this weekend there are many positive divergences to be noticed in the : NAZ,DJIA,and the SPX.

If I was short I'd be quietly covering ASAP. BWDIK

Last week's high put to call ratio is one of the best timers that coincides with the concept that the masses are almost always wrong.The Put toCall ratio bumped up high Twiace last week.

I'm not versed on Max pain but it would appear max pain is somewhere higher for next week's expiry.
