CD,in a nutshell,NASD was tankers,and had broken critical support and retest of year lows seemed imminent,and then AH 7/11 the "Miracle of Mister Softee" occurred as they revealed to world how they could pre-announce a 2.3 billion write-off on bad investments,a 1cent positive earnings for this quarter,BUT their revenues beat by a bit their lowered estimates,and thus cause, NATURALLY:), COMPX to gain 103 points the next day.
