I'm now starting to watch the market be walked down outside of Chicago. Homeowners are cracked IMO. I looked at a house built in 1978 selling for 390k which would need about 100k in upgrades. there were new houses sellng for 315 down the street which were the same size, had the same lot, ect.

I kept track of the house, as well as a bunch of others. on that particular house they went to 375 and now they are at 360 after 3 months. the couple is going through a divorce. ill be a buyer at 280 if it goes down that far.
