selected the Blue Martini external customer relationship management (eCRM)
application suite to enhance day-to-day interactions with their business
customers.

capabilities to publish Web-ready catalogs for their large accounts that are
implementing e-procurement and e-marketplace platforms such as Ariba, Commerce
One and Atlas. With Blue Martini Software, Lanier's web-ready catalog can be
customized for a particular channel partner or digital marketplace based on
factors such as industry, geography, service focus or contract terms. The
catalog can also be automatically updated to ensure the integrity of data across
