Lanier will also enable its customers to help themselves to account history information and after-sale support including the collection of meter reading information, and the placement of supply orders. Linking to e-Procurement & Marketplace Platforms
Lanier will also leverage Blue Martini Software's catalog management capabilities to publish Web-ready catalogs for their large accounts that are implementing e-procurement and e-marketplace platforms such as Ariba, Commerce One and Atlas.
