If a woman leaves her purse, she expects to return within a very short time. With no need of a comb, lipstick, money, etc.

How close is a convenience or other store? Wouldn't she normally take at least her wallet to carry her money in? If not a wallet, she would have carried the money in a pocket or just her hand. There was a 911 call to the police from that building close to the time frame of the calls and computer use, reporting hearing a woman scream. When the police came, they could find no sign of a struggle. It could have been her being abducted or faking an abduction so she get get away on her own terms or Condit's by sending a surrogate to "help" her get away. Lots of possibilities.
