Well, that's much better, much more consistent with your earlier comments. Not to put words in your mouth, but the general idea then is simply to acquire power for the sake of having it and wielding it, rather than someone else having it and wielding it. And it is wielded primarily for the purpose of maintaining it. Anything positive or negative that may done as a result of having it is more or less incidental to simply acquiring it and maintaining it. Is that a fair statement?
