Julius, I got your point. I'll go you one better. I agree that mortgage rates are attractive right now, with no reference to Argentina, and have led some to decide to build their dream home. Only too often, this is a decision disregarding the build up in inventory of homes for sale. In my area the inventory is significant. My guess is that builders will someday, perhaps soon, suffer consequences. Home owners may even find homes a very illiquid if not poor financial investment.
