werefrog, I would wait till EOD friday before shorting. It is always important to see what happens after the earnings announcement and forward guidance. What happens if the meeting is bullish and the stock runs up on the day of options expirations? If it is going down, there will be plenty of profits even if one is a day late. Just imho.

i am glad you have an opinion...

but the settelment with the doj is beginning to take form with MSFT consiliatory offer or hint thereof today.
