Try pressing F11 or perhaps something to do with your Active Desktop,if you use such.

You can move it by left clicking close to the start button, holding the key down, and dragging it. The key seems to be clicking very close to the start icon.

Martin, in your browser can you click VIEW>TOOLBARS then checkmark all toolbars you need AND >lock toolbars<

That's what my settings are in IE6
