Well the only known cost solution for electricity that reduced CO2 is nuclear. by substitution of use. The economics of electricity to hydrogen have a long way to go.

Some kind of photo biology sun and co2 and h20 direct to some ch and o2 may be engineered. would be good for fuel cells. The hydrogen only works for large scale somewhat, but personal stuff would be a real reach.
