In modern urban enviroment there is usually 4 to 7
base stations within very good reach (cellular system,yes?),
my handset even constantly listnes to 7-9 also when driving
along lonely or crowded southern finnish country roads.

However, in Lapland with no other car within 3-4 km
or even 100km it is a different thing, as is the severity
of the ambulance blindly driving, parking and
beeing lost 150m to the left or right of the road.
