It's been a while since I went to their website, but I think they were going to hold back 20% of the capital for next stage financing of companies they were already invested in. I hold a small position in this too. It is an interesting situation, but valuations are difficult. Either theentire market and the IPO market has to turn around, or their only alternative will be to sell some of these companies to larger entities as the investments mature. Gary
