Dividing the pie has nothing to do with the worth of the pie. The price of the pie may vary based on fad and stupidity, but that has nothing to do with what it's worth. Specifically, when the 92 million hit the bid the stock will instantaneously drop below zero, and then the next 100 share order will put it back up to where it was, at the price the market identifies on average as proper to reflect expectations for future profitability.

This is the opportunity for which all the clowns across SI which is about 95% of members and on Yahoo which is about 99%, wait. When it comes they haven't got the guts to use it, that is, if they can. It is precisely for this reason that there are droves of money managers waiting for the big one so they can load up cheap. Droves. And smart, too.
