Elizabeth, Anything is possible, but I DO think that we will some a compromise resolution that will allow Km 88 to get developed. The share price of Crystallex certainly does not reflect a full win by Crystallex and, in my opinion, suggests that a number of parties would participate in Km88 development. In any case, given the current POG and, in my opinion, poor perspectives for significant and sustained POG in the future, I think that any project would take quite some time before ramping up to large production. We shall see.
