12:29 ET Siebel Systems (SEBL) 42.83 -2.67: Sources at Morgan Stanley telling us that the firm is more cautious on SEBL; still believes that company will makes its June qtr numbers, but expects guidance to be more cautious, noting that SEBL is swimming upstream and that while the company continues to get design wins, closing deals will be tough. Trading floors attributing recent stock decline to these comments.
