Question that maybe someone can answer beside Tom Dorsey. Back in December of '99, Dorsey said to look at MO. Then in April '00 said to buy at $23.

$23 was a buy signal but MO must have been an RS Sell and in a column of O. Also it was selling below its BRRL.

What did he see?
