i enjoy reading this thread however you guys over analize everything most of the time overlooking the ovbious! and if you think your gorilla portfolio~s make you look smart.. i am teaching my granddaughter about investing and this thread is a key read for her, do not follow the heard,do not invest on the greater fool theroy,this is the hubris that heard instinct produces..Wall Street is not there for you and i to make money! then i have her read Ask Mike Burke thread to get a contraian view!notice that you have to do what the market tells you to do.. not this is what i do and the market be dammed.. but it is funny! oh about Mike notice that Mike has a long term track record in all kinds of markets,notice that Mike managed a 10 billion bond fund, gee people who listened did very well in both bull and bear market conditions.. not rocket science,but certainly not painting yourself into a corner ..umm this is not working,i will do nothing..is that your final answer?
