eichler: **OT** Just as it is not a good idea to beat one’s chest to often, it is also not a good idea to kick oneself to hard for the occasional wrong call. More often than not there will always be opposing views on this thread so someone is going to be wrong. That was always my intention. You learn more that way as long as everyone is supporting his or her views with analysis and sound reasoning.

NO ONE is right all the time. If you even "think" you're right all the time, your method has too much slack in it. So if you’re smart and can muster the discipline, you play the percentage calls. You win some, you loose some, but you ride the winners and cut the losers. It is a percentage game, period. If you can learn how to be right a little more often than wrong and learn to manage your trades properly (which includes money management) you can become successful at this.

Such a simple concept, but oh so hard to do...<g>
