>> i know a couple of convicted felons. their life is screwed. they cannot get jobs, vote or get bank loans. why should the felons in redmond be treated any different? my answer, they should'nt. they should be castrated to stop their evil ways.

Based on your remedy, your friends must be sex offenders. You might consider hanging with a nicer crowd, Rockman.

What do you mean with "...they cannot get jobs, vote or get bank loans."? Don't convicted citizens have the right to vote in the U.S., like everybody else?

Lars.

Interesting that you want to view the current Anti-trust lawsuit and the word "Felon." You obviously have never looked at the number of these types of lawsuits the gov't brings. Almost every major company has had to fight this type of litigation and either signed consent decrees, fought in court or dragged it out so long that it became irrelevant. I don't believe that any of the robber-barons ended up in jail, in fact many of them go richer. Also, there is no notion of punishment in anti-trust law, only remedies. Take a look at the DOJ website and look at all the companies they have sued recently and over time. GE, IBM and many more of the "top" corporations in the US.
