You know why they're lowered 10%? Because of Jeffords number one (now a potential "cop" could bust them), because TOO MUCH supply (so Bush-Cheney lied to us about the shortages) and because they know the energy issue can defeat them in the next elections. Don't be fooled. They CONTROL the energy market and are using it to ream us and try and force unpopular plans through at the cost of the environment.
