Brian & Ramon, I was here also for '96 & '98. This is what I remember: --- During '96-'97, there were two Long Term Bulls who sold at 50 and 65 respectively because by using FA they couldn't imagine AMAT reaching 100. Some sold at 90 and the rest above 100. Some profited from LEAPs like me. Some including me missed selling part of their Gains when the Bear came afterwards. Some of the LT Bulls never came back for '98. During '98-'00, two people who originally were Bulls turned so Bearish during the Bottom that they were caught flat-footed to the Upside (sorry Guys, I meant no harm, Cheers!). One sold at 65, another at 70 and the rest I know waited till above 100. Many I know profited from LEAPs. Again, I was one of those who lost part of their gains when the Bear arrived again. Most Long Term AMAT Bulls did not sell at the Bottom and are not about to sell now. They have waited for 6 months now since the Bottom in Dec --- why sell now? Leave the Train so that others Can come aboard?
