The only idiot in this deal is you. The Davis/Lahane/Fabiani $30,00/mo. taxpayer ripoff spin crowd have the intellect and deception of Satan. You're so stupid you don't realize that if there never was a shortage then the Gayboy Davis picked CPUC raising our and now trying to float a multibillion bond to be paid by future increases is the big rip-off. Bush did not raise our rates Gayboy/CPUC did. The time to have remedied this situation was 4-5 years ago. Smack dab in the middle of BJ's administration. Unfortunatlely, BJ was too busy boffing the help and selling secrets to the Chicoms in exchange for campaign $$$ to avert this disaster. You may want to go back and earn your GED.
