Roy Black - Famed Criminal Defense Attorney:

He would not allow Mr. Condit not take a lie detector test, give DNA, give a press conference, allow entrance to his apartment to authorities, etc. Mr. Condit has performed all of these actions.

Mr. Black stated this has become a homicide investigation and Mr. Condit has not even been charged with a crime or labeled as a suspect.

What more can he do?

If this was a slamdunk case (phone records, forensics, witnesses, unexplainable time line), then Mr. Condit would be in jail.

Just like OJ, right?

>> Mr. Condit needs to protect himself at this point. <<

Okay, okay, then maybe he *should* keep his pants on.
