I am covering my shorts but staying put. Max pain will put pressure on an insane rise and with EVERYONE expecting a ramp, I expect piss poor earnings, and lowered guidance. Big lie is next quarter when revenue deferred from this quarter goes into the "worst is clearly behind us" lie for next quarter when all it will be is defferred sales. With AMD missing so bad, I do not think INTC will stretch too far this quarter, if they are so stupid as to guide up and they get sold off this quarter as just happened to NVLS (perhaps they are re-writing, or had 2 reports generated and have now decided whether to tell the truth or not). If NVLS selloff continues then perhaps INTC might think to take the punishment now rather than later. (is it really possible for there to be 2 reports prepared like I suggest with market action tomorrow dictating which one they use)? M
