My Opinion of Mr. Condit:

Condit does have rights. My opinion is that Mr. Condit was involved in the disappearance of Chandra. He acts like a guilty person: hiring a lawyer immediately, asking other sexual partners to deny relationships, etc.

I believe that the police department did a terrible job with the investigation -- to Mr. Condit's benefit. I believe that the police department should have performed a complete sweep of Mr. Condit's apartment within 72 hours of an official missing person status. But they did not.

I believe it is too late to look for clues, 10 weeks, in Mr. Condit's apartment.

But these are only opinions. Mr. Condit will be ultimately convincted only on facts. I have yet to see any facts that would convict him. My opinion is that the police messed up the case and it is possible a guilty man will go free because of kid-gloving a politician.

As the old saying goes it is better that 1,000 guilty men go free than 1 innocent man go to prison.

Show me facts. That's what decides law and decides who is convicted.

GZ: These are only my opinions. I have never tried to state that my opinion is worth more credibility than another.
