I have read many times that this stock is way oversold as it is. I have so many shares held over from years past that I can hardly count them all, and so do lots of other people, so, how low can it go? Maybe by the time I retire, (another variable) this stock will be worth something. Sigh.

<<All FONIX,
Any thoughts/discussion on the 500,000,000 share
authorization vote would be greatly appreciated. >>

To me this appears to be almost equivalent to a 1-for-2 reverse split. The chief distinction I see is an increase rather than a decrease in dilution. The recent price drift from the mid-.40s to the current low .20s seems to reflect this. How it benefits the long-term shareholder truly eludes me. Perhaps Sister Mary could explain it all to us.
