She may be on a small boat headed to Haiti or she was dropped off to feed some hungry sharks along the way. Start in the Potomac or Anacostia rivers, or even drive to Virginia, Maryland or Delaware to get on a private yacht. Not a problem when you have 10+ weeks to cover your tracks. Have the police or FBI checked all the marina's within a 100 miles for private or rental boats leaving 5/1, /2, or /3?
