The US is tapped out for oil except for coastlines and wilderness areas. Both for which are more valuable. Bush says "we've tried conservation and it isn't enough". He's a liar. Conservation has been set back years in his first few months in office. We could save 20% by the kind of conservation used in other countries. So Grand Rancho Mega-SUV's will have to go or be taxed. Big deal. Get rid of them and keep the oceans clean and the wilderness wild. Also develop much cleaner fuels and engines. Bush has already gutted those programs.
