To: CVJ who wrote (629 ) 7/17/2001 6:10:11 AM From: GROUND ZERO™ Read Replies (1) | Respond to of 1669 Answers to the simplest and most benign questions can reveal far more than merely the simple answers to those questions... for example, his reply of "I don't remember" in that circumstance tells me he did have sex with her, but he also wasn't sure whether the one who took her out actually raped her prior to the final deed... this tells me he knows she was with someone else during her final moments and he probably knows who that is, otherwise he would have answered yes or no... if the police found the body and found trace evidence of his semen, he already said they were having an affair... but, if they found someone else's semen, then "I can't remember" he believes might cover him since he knows he was with her close to her final moments... the fool should have been honest and said either yes or no, what they find if/when they examine the body, if they find it, will make no real difference unless it would be his semen and we already know they were having an affair... in fact, if he had sex with her and they find someone else's semen, then he would have an alibi that he was not with her during her last few moments, and that could be presented in court by his attorney to argue his non involvement..... therefore, I believe he was caught off guard when he was asked that question and didn't have an opportunity to think through the choice of answers... of course, there is only one answer, the true answer to the question, and this is why honesty is always the best policy when talking with the police... but more than that, this demonstrates and underscores his willful intent to deceive the police with even the most basic of questions..... let's face it, the guy's a scumbag.....
