I only need four or five hours sleep each night, then I fall asleep in front of the TV in the evening, then my wife wakes me up when it's time to go to sleep..... I went to the beach really early this morning for my walk, I just got back a short while ago... there was no breeze, it was hot as hell, meant figuratively, of course.....
