In other words, it is too late to sell all but the most overvalued technology-telecom-infrastructure stocks that I don't think are ever coming back. It is not too early to nibble. I know that I, for example, bought a little EMC last week, and am tempted to take down a little AMD right here now that it has come down to where I think it represents enterprise value.
