delay is a terrible mean, vicious, heartless corrupt man in charge of raising money from oil, pesticide, pollutors, poisoners. Only in some backwater right-wing district in Texas would they even consider electing such a guy. He will be gone from power next year with these type of statements which are way-way far right of the mainstream. Gephardt has been fighting for working men and women all his life. You just don't like him because he's a democrat. Maybe you should reconsider your party loyalty. Anyone who likes Delay is pretty nasty.

"One powerful member of the U.S. Congress, Tom DeLay, has advocated the impeachment of judges who render unpopular decisions that, in his view, do not follow the law," Justice Ginsburg said. "Mr. DeLay, who is not a lawyer but, I'm told, an exterminator by profession, placed on his list of judicial pests a district court judge in San Antonio, Texas, who held up certification of the election of two Republican victors in races for county sheriff and county commissioner."...............let him go back to exterminating scorpions along the Rio grande!
