No, your saying that doesn't make it true. My position and that of the NRA says nothing about nuclear weapons, tanks, machine guns, artillery, and other weapons that have no personal use. The right of the people to keep and bear arms refers to firearms that can be used by a person for a lawful purpose. That excludes the articles that you raise to obfuscate the issue. What you call the "preamble" sets no criteria; it merely specifies a justification for the right.
