<bet their timing... is not much better than the avg. J6P's> In my experience of many years using the data? Not a good bet to make, Terry. Trick is: 1. Knowing how interpret and apply insider trading PATTERNS. 2. Use it only WITH a variety of other types of evidence that's proven it's value over many market cycles. I began using insider data back in the 1970s when I was a broker with one of the major W.S. firms. Have found it quite useful IF used judiciously and NOT as the sole indicator of important tops or bottoms. JMVVHO<g> Best regards, Isopatch
