I wonder how much money they have tucked away in tax havens in offshore countries. O'Neill, the Treasure Secretary, refuses to look into the tax havens where wealthy people store their money so that they won't have to pay taxes on it. O'Neill has refused to look into tax havens even though the IRS wants him to do it.

Alcoa's O'Neil now our Treasury Secretary's old company was engaged in trading energy during the height of the manipulated California crisis. Proof? How dastardly for them to be in on the ripoff trading with inside information. Proof? And now we know there really was no supply shortage, someone just turned off the spigot. Proof? It certainly was not proven in federal court recently. Grub. Liars, thieves and greedy even though they are already rich.
