I agree. INTC is one of the best at spin control in the business. I bet they make the quarter and then say win xp and their new processors are catalysts going forward.

I also don't think they lower capex. They have the money and have to put their plants up to date or their margins will suffer.

As long as the market does not take too close a look at the numbers they should do fine. Last quarter everyone thought they would warn. They did not and put some good spin on the numbers. That sparked a rally. Bet we see the same tonight.

Softie/Electric, I would echo your sentiments regarding the FO's. Aside from the current capacity issue, this would be further exacerbated by the advancement of technology that would increase the bandwidth of existing fiber already in the ground. In other words, the FO's are toast.
