In the first nine months since the sudden appearance of the energy "crisis" in September (peak of election) they ripped off hundreds of billions. Only after the Senate switched parties did they bring the prices down again. because they realized the Senate could now investigate and they'd be caught red-handed. All manipulation. Every bit of it. When they're all working together they can control the prices. Energy prices are still way too high, esp here in California. B/C wants prices very high to scare us into letting them have our environment as well as our surplus.
