It doesn't matter if the loan company goes belly up. They can't call your loan like a LOC. They will sell your loan more than likely, very few mortgage companies hold the loans they do in their portfolio for the life of the loan (they make their money off the discount). In some of the mortgages I've held I've been sold several times. It can be a pain in the butt because sometimes the servicing agent is different so you need to get a new book or something, but most of the time it was done with minimal interruption.

My measured min. target for the move is done so I am back to half position. I'll let the market take that away from me on a tight profit stop.
