if you think banishment will prevail,
As things get more crowded, as mile long ranches are cut into 5 acre plots, as people come within shooting range of their neighbors, there will be a call to control arms. If the only solution is banishment then that will be the solution picked (If your only tool is a hammer, all problems look like nails).
