"Immigration policy is alive in every country in the world."

And the ones with the easiest immigration policies coupled with protection of private property rights have the most vibrant economies. Those that are exclusive and disallow property ownership by foriegners suffer the consequences.

"Here in Canada, the numbers are restricted to about 300,000 any more and the system gets overloaded, because the policy is to let in people who are dependent rather than people who are independent. You see Mama Bear, that is the rub to most people."

It's what you get when you have too much gov't.
