Max: I think we will have to wait and see. Last I heard, margin amounts were down by 60% and the consumer is still in good health. We will still have to spend our way out of this mini recession, but the all important housing is still looking good ....... and until that drops significantly, I am not worried about the consumer. For the most part, I still see this as an I.T. spending recession more than a full blown economic cycle. Sure retail sales are down a bit, and some peripheral numbers are not great when compared to the previous years, but that is to be expected in the cycle that we are in ..... reins are being pulled in, but I think the "health" of the consumer is still very good.

I am hoping it continues for the next two quarters or so to give me time to pick up more of my favorites. Long term, I am starting to add JNPR. Nearly everyone agrees that JNPR is widening its technology lead over Cisco, especially with this new router coming out ...... with a float of 200 million or so, makes for a nice long term scenario if they can continue headed in the right direction.
