Wexler, I saw NO damning indictments.

Frankly, I see no reason to discuss THV. They are one of many licensees of REFR. Nothing Asensio said about them was damning or worth responding to. They chose to respond to one aspect they considered to be flat out wrong.

The rest of it is what? Should they deny their market cap is not far from what Asensio said? Based on current prices, it is. That does not damn them at all. When they start selling SPD windows, they will sell what they can. They may grow and the stock price and market cap will grow. If not, and even if, REFR will license others to do similar things.

Unlike you, I do not trust Asensio's self-serving research, nor the research of any analyst. I look at what they say and also look into it further.

Asensio has said nothing about REFR that bothers me, even the parts that are technically true. We have discussed it but you rarely respond except to say more negative things.

Are there SEC filings and other paper trails that are mistakes? Damn right! Do they need to be corrected if they are trivial? Probably not. I agree Asensio can probably make a case that he made a simple MISTAKE, but I doubt he can truly prove what he said in a court of law where witnesses could come and attest to any mistakes in filings, for example.

As I said, I care what THV and other licensees will do under current management and not who MIGHT have been associated with them years ago and is long gone. If they show any negative signs, REFR can cut them off and others will take their place.

In any case, I find the Asensio effect on REFR to be puny. He can not hold the stock down effectively and cover at the same time to get out of the trap he is in. On days with no news, REFR often rises since the shorts have no news to SUPPRESS and I am tempted to ask the company to have no news until we are above $40! LOL!

REFR has done well so far this week, better than the NAZ. I have no worries and sleep well at night. How are your dreams in Frisco?

Remember. Except when you talk about REFR, I stay quiet here. When you insist on doing your propaganda, I can choose to refute you. Apparently, you are not very bright.
