Intel had bought 29million shares last quarter. They seem to be getting closer to the end of their authorized buyback plan..might be over in a quarter or two.

That means, we could see increases to the buyback numbers...especially if they feel confident about their earnings for the near future and the analysts remain skeptical.

I recall that they had increased the buyback a couple of years ago ahead of some good earnings numbers....not sure of this though.

Good Luck all longs; might actually buy a few puts before the close as a hedge...just in case!
