You might consider ALA (my old employer) as well. Supposedly they're strong enough to take over LU yet their market cap is actually less than either LU or NT.

On the one hand I see your point, but on the other I look at Xerox, Polaroid, Sunbeam..... I'm still buying cash-flow rich microcaps. To me, it's the only way to beat the averages on a regular basis. Any opinions on USAI as a long-term player? Nice set of properties they are putting together. NLI is my latest short to zero - I have December 10 puts way in the money now. The Yahooligan longs have no clue what they are buying. NOPT looks like another terminal case.
