ORCL has a wall of resistance at 19.75-20.

You can see the clear line of resistance with the upper Donchian channel. It needs to break through that. With the Bollinger bands narrowing, that's a possibility. But it hasn't happened yet, and until it does, it's overbought at the upper resistance line. Or so I'm inclined to believe, and the market always makes merry with beliefs (so mine aren't firmly held).
