INTC beats. Excellent news. Look for your bargains fast. Big short squeeze. I like NOK and EMC down here. What are your picks? Intel did well in CPUs...better than expected in their words. Their other businesses were weaker. However, everyone looks to their PC segment as the indicator. Just looks to be OK. Have to wait for the conference call before coming to any conclusions. My point would be that negative news was expected after the AMD earnings report and this is a surprise in that sense. Probably not enough to convince any analyst to upgrade...lets see how it unfolds. Ignoring the trading afterhours..was up, then down...no idea how it eventually turns out but tomorrow is when we get the real direction for this stock. IBM and MSFT earnings may also be as responsible for Intel's movement in the coming days. I like MOT over NOK. MSFT is my other pick.
