Intel (INTC) 29.90 +0.77: -- Update -- On call, mgmt describing a bullish ramp of Pentium 4 as units sold in Q2 doubled. During Q&A, mgmt said that they expect to be fully transitioned out of Pentium 3 into Pentium 4 on the desktop by the end of the year...stock at 29.51.

Starbase (SBAS) 2.02 -0.03: Company warns for Q1; sees revs $12-12.1 mln vs. consensus est of $17 mln; company says "In light of the current economic climate, we have lowered our fiscal year 2002 annual revenue projections to between $62.4 million and $66.6 million, still representing a 50 percent to 60 percent growth rate from fiscal year 2001." .

Intel (INTC) 29.90 +0.77: -- Update -- On call, mgmt said it expects customers to return to normal inventory levels in the second half...stock at 29.50.
