One could just take the word of XX, since XY will always contradict. If 2+2=5 doesn't seem 'quite logical', that can simply be attributed to the "It's-The-Way-I-Feel-Today" corollary.

Since the SEC filings back up what THV stated then I go with them. As Bink stated, it is of little consequence to the bigger picture except that it illustrates the desperation of some who need to back up a scenario that is false.

SPD products are being commercialized. The list of licensees will grow and announcements of some of Hanglas's end-customers with whom they have been working over the past 4 years will be announced.
