But the limitation exists, it is implicit, you cannot own an atomic bomb which means that some kind of limitation exits. The preamble only shows the context in which the limitation is to be applied. The preamble applies no such limitation. It doesn't define arms that are covered by the amendment. Even in the normal gun-control supporter's twisted interpretation it defines who has the right to have the weapons not what weapons are covered, and as a matter of plain English it doesn't even define that.
