Hmmm. Trying to remember the last time I heard a woman say "I'm having an unborn" or "I'm having a fetus Tim and I were not having a tea party, Christopher. We were discussing issues around the unborn. Please forgive me if I adhere to the old adage that "circumstances alter cases". We were attempting to standardize the vocabulary so that we might not piss off the judge. In common parlance, we may speak with language that suggests ANTICIPATING a baby. I have no reason to argue against that. We all hope the baby is cute and healthy.
